Description Animation: A noticeable Animation Bump. Watch season 1 and 2 and you'll see a clear difference. Best animated pre-movie season. 9/10
Writing: It suffered from a few poor plots like the weakest episodes of the seasons. But it's still great writing. 8/10
Characters: Sandy is characterized too awkward here. The others are still fine. 9/10
Enjoyment: With some weaker episodes, it's a tad weaker but still enjoyable. 8/10
Humor: It's the same level as season 1. 10/10
Drama/Emotion: Ditto. Christmas Who? had one of the saddest scenes in the show. 10/10
Art: It gets better  in this season as they shift the art style. I liked how the art style changes depending on who storyboarded it. Aaron Springer and C.H. Greenblatt episodes are noticeable since the latter seem to have a distinctive art style and this gets carry over to his post-SpongeBob works. Because of that, Greenblatt is my favorite storyboard when it come to the facial expressions. 10/10
Voice Acting: It's an improvement as I prefered SpongeBob's and Patrick's voices in this season. 10/10
