So here's a strange idea...if there's any kind of cartoon in a toon town, wouldn't there be sketches as well? I think CoolWorld slightly addressed this idea. Not that CoolWorld was very deep.Woulndn't these sketches also want to look their best sometimes.
I'm sure someone will ask If I'll finish this picture.

That's actually a neat idea. Like in Roger Rabbit how Betty Boop was still in black and white, there could be rough animation sketches walking around too.
