This is Japan, from the hit anime Hetalia, with a gorgeous OC, who I don't think has a name yes o.o I don't know why, but I think the name Opal would suit her
And no, this doesn't mean I'll draw Hetalia, because I'm not a massive fan of it |D BUT THIS WAS STILL FUN TO DO, ESPECIALLY THAT BG~
