As for the animation, it needs in between frames and more easing as he went into the moves way too quickly in some cases and there wasn't any sense of momentum, i also think that the physics were off.

It's indeed short.
In my opinion, you went overkill with the cracks on the right side. Would probably have looked better with fewer cracks, and some parts of the wall falling off.
