I'm sorry, I HAD to do this. So there's this Ricochet Rabbit cartoon called "Sheepy Wolf", and at the end it's revealed that Ricochet has a Mexican cousin named Ricochet Chavez, and he claims to be "The Fastest Sheriff in all of Mexico". Well, it's obvious, cause he's Ricochet Rabbit's cousin, so speed runs in the family. But then as I remembered this, I thought... "Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold the phone! Isn't that Speedy Gonzales' title? 'The Fastest Mouse in all of Mexico'?" And so this meme came into my mind. Or maybe the writers at Hanna-Barbera were giving a shout-out to Speedy Gonzales. After all, the wolf in this short sounds very similar to Speedy but it's Mel Blanc using his normal pitch and speaking much slower.
