i liked it
i think, for me it have what ur "sindbad" miss: a non artificial posing, coz in Sindbad i feal that the person is "exposing" too much himself, saying well, i'm here....ant it's a little heavy

Thanks for your comments, although in Sinbad, he wasn't aware I was taking the shots most of the time, he was assisting me with some work, he was holding some HUGE paintings from the back, and during his breaks I took those shots, most of the time he wasn't aware that I was shooting, we were chatting, then I see a pose that I like and I sneak a pic out of it, took me like 4 hours to get all the shots and to pick only those three
Usually I'm against artifical posing myself, I know what you mean exactly, thanks for taking the time and hope to see you again soon

such hope and innocence in their faces.
looking at the rest of the street, you 1st believe that there's nothing special to find here, but then you glance upon these 2 kids and they make you smile. i think your post-processing here (after reading the comments) makes it seem like there's light at the end of the tunnel.

I actually meant to have it that way, I had to play with the level, originally the exposure was normal there, thanks to the G5 handling, but it seemed dark then and a bit pessimistic, so I preferred the overexposure as it gave more light, and hope to the scene, it's four layers this picture to achieve this Sepia without loss of details, and as you can see the girls are a bit blurred, that's coz I took this shot on the move, no tripod or slow shutter speed, so I had to sharpen the rest of the pic as well, glad you liked it
glad you liked it
