Okay, there is a few things you need to know. when you make a character that is a living computer, you need to update that character. Computers of now are not anything like the ones back when I made her. Basically computers are no where near what they were in 1987. So the accident turned Virus into a living computer. No she is not a android, or robot. She is a person that no longer needs a computer to access WiFi or any network. If the network isn't wireless, her hair can connect into any access port giving her access to the network.
