I got curious and looked up "Fan Service" on wikipedia:
Fan service (γγ‘γ³γ΅γΌγγΉ fan sΔbisu?), fanservice, or service cut (γ΅γΌγγΉγ«γγ sΔbisu katto?), is a term originating from anime and manga fandom for material in a series which is intentionally added to please the audience. It is about "servicing" the fan - giving the fans "exactly what they want". Fan service usually refers to "gratuitous titillation", but can also refer to intertextual references to other series.

The can is just a prop that's related to her character. It's fans-servicey because she's showing some skin. And sometimes people get drunk/tipsy together and take fun pictures together, so it's not that far off, and it's something Shura would do. Try to keep your comments positive please.
