There is only 1 problem with this picture and that is the number of guns..... the kongou had 4 turrets with 2 guns for a total of 8 guns.

Maybe in Kantai collec but the Kongou class has never had more than her 8 guns British made 14 inch Vickers navel guns if I recall as it was built as a Battle Cruiser by the English based off the Lion Class Battle Cruisers.
But of course this is fiction and really pointless to bring real life facts into play. lol
Still regardless she is a beauty.
