Description
For one of my classes, we were to create a villain to exist in the next Batman movie, in which Batman dies. And create a "movie poster", sans the title.

So the back story for this guy kinda branches from the "Hush" and "Hush Beyond" comics, in which Dick Grayson has many clones of himself being born and whatnot. So one of the clones was being developed alongside the DNA of a predator birds, specifically the Great Horned Owl.

I chose the design of an owl, for the somewhat uncommon knowledge that owls are the natural predator against Batman, making the criteria of the assignment easier to attain. 'Cause owls kill bats.

But that wasn't enough. I needed a reason for this owl to kill Batman. When this "Dick Grayson" awoke, he had the memories of the real Dick Grayson, (him being Nightwing, and such) alongside a few implanted ones, such as Bruce letting Dick get captured, betraying him, and other things that weren't true.

So donning the name "Nite Owl", due to his old namesake and appearance, he stalks the Dark Knight, and due to him being Dick, Bruce hesitates and that's when Nite Owl makes his final move, thus, bringing a sad day to the Dark Knight
