His name is MacTire (from the story "Soul Eater, The Joyful Shadow"), he was a classmate of Stein and Spirit from Ireland, back when they were students at the DWMA, he's now the Maka and her firends' new Professor.
He's a very cheerful person, always courtious, kind, and intelligent; even in the middle of a fight, he always wears a smile across his face.
However, Mac is capable of anger too, whenever someone seriously harms his students, he would become quite violent, so it's best to stay on his good side.
