its made with smudging, a colour balance layer, and some lines, and a custom brush for the sparkly bits

damn I really need to get photoshop lol. Do you think it could be animated into a spiral motion, like the sparkles orbiting around the center? Just me wondering

Well I had the patience to spend 6 hours straight making that flash movie, I should be able to pull off that effect...first I actually need to have photoshop so it looks like I'll be off buying it
