So my mom asked me to draw a picture of her dog for Christmas. I asked if I could turn him into a DnD character essentially, making him a Paladin with full plate and she loved the idea. The picture she gave me for reference was quite pixelated so I had a little bit of trouble getting the fur texture right, but I had a lot of fun messing around with the colors and the tones in the fur. Trying out new techniques especially since the reference picture was a bit washed out and didn't have much to work with.

Also worked with a really large canvas so that if my mom would like, she can turn it into a 3'x4' framed canvas.
