Ye, dis me.ΒSome facts:
-Adopted
-I'm colorblind. I have a hard time telling the difference between colors in the warm spectrum.Β
-I have three snakes: Bay Leaf, Basil, and Chai Tea.
-I have porphyrophobia: the fear of purple.
-I do track. I'm like 300th in the nation for Long jump. lol.
-I was diagnosed with PTSD and I pulled myself out of it and left it behind. (hard to do apparently?)
-I have literally every allergy known to man ;v; I hate food.

How exactly (or approximately (as best you can (and are willing) to describe)) did you figure out (is this even the right phrasing???) your gender identity to be demiboy? (I (like most I assume) was raised in the firm belief there are only two genders and all that carry on, but everyone is unique right? so I cannot help but be a little bit baffled as to how one figures out they aren't quite the same as "everyone else" when everyone is different, but the same... am I even making sense?)
What kinda snakes are them ones you got? Are they tricky pets to look after?
The little rainbow symbol before your gender symbol in the picture above, are we meant to assume that symbolizes what it is typically associated with these days? Or maybe it is just a pretty little rainbow? everyone likes rainbows after all...
Why did you pick the user name "Tori"? Is it just random or maybe something to do with the meaning?
Observing the picture above again, The zigzag line symbol thing before INTJ, what is that about? (I feel ignorant at this point... like im missing something.... and i dont even know it)

-Well, see . . . being christian, I take on the same beliefs there. See, with the term demiboy, its more of just changing pronouns than changing gender. While I "feel" like the other gender, I know I'm not and I accept that. I just want to change the pronouns. I still loosely associate with my actual gender.
-Two of my babies are corn snakes. Bay Leaf is a charcoal corn snake and Basil is a snow stripe corn snake. Chai Tea is a clearwater albino Rosy boa. They are VERY easy pets to take care of. You need to hold them once a day for about 10 minutes and they eat once a week. Other than that, they're very calm and sweet and they love giving you boops with their snoots. Chai was a rescue snake and so she was very . . . violent the first six months we had her. Even so, we just kept loving her and she came around.

-AHAHA. That's one of my favorite stories. You see, I reaaaally love pokemon. My favorite character from the entire series is Tory Lund from the movie Pokemon: Destiny Deoxys. I'd never heard the name before and I really liked it (plus only thought it was a boys name since the character was male) so I decided to use it as my username. and add 001 because it's my #1 favorite name. Sad story: I spelled it wrong. My character Tori's name was originally something along the lines of . . . Natsuke??? Maybe??? But I disliked that name so I changed it to Tori because why not?
-aha, its the Aquarius sign. I missed a zigzag. lol
-I've thought about it. Although, I'm not good enough for that. I hold the school record by a long shot so I'm good with that.Β

- Hmm, well Kotori is a japanesse name that literally means "Little Bird", so I assume tori is the correct spelling (technically speaking) and Tory is simply meant to sound like tori... so either way you havn't misspelt!!! 8D
(on a side note, pokemon is awesome, but, well, i havnt played any pokemon games since the original sapphire and ruby versions... much sadness)

-Well, typically speaking, it doesn't necessarily mean "little" so much as it means "child." depending on how it's written, it could mean "little bird" or "child of birds." Besides that, Tory is a name of Β completely different origin and means "champion" or something of the like if I remember correctly. I'm not sure what nationality it is, but it's definitely not related. The name Tori in and of itself is not wholly of japanese origin. It's a common pet name branching off from many names in Native American culture. As far as I can tell, it means "owl" in some native American languages. In fact, Tori isn't even a name in japanese culture (today), but it is a nickname for those with the traditional name Touya.Β

- Well, to be fair, every time something DOES get past bio-security something bad happens =/ So i guess they kinda have to do their job... also the family cat would probably mistake a snake for just another lizard.... and she likes chewing the tails of lizards..... that would be most unfortunate.

-AHAHah, those aren't accurate in the slightest. Never learn from those things or anime and the like. Not trying to be rude or anything, I just thought it was very funny. I learned the language through a class, but that doesn't mean I'm right either. Connotation is usually different in the actual culture than in classes so I wouldn't take my word either (although it may be slightly more correct .-.)

haha, ouch, well, tori does still mean bird tho right? but it is true there is little reliability there... (esp when you are relying on someone translating not strictly accurate info accurately to english first XP) But before you judge too harshly (too late no doubt >_>) I don't take those things to seriously, I know they are unreliable sources XP
Also, i sucked at language classes, I could normally pronounce languages but I have serious trouble reading or remembering them. Not my area of expertise.Β

I wasn't judging. Again, I wasn't trying to be mean or anything. It's just such a common thing that people do and it leads to a lot of confusion and misunderstanding. I did the same thing when I was younger (with latin and spanish) so I totally understand. Anyway, Tori does mean bird, except for the rare occassion it's badly translated as "fried chicken" which is one of my favorite instances in the universe.Β
And I sucked at Japanese class in my eyes also. I just wasn't interested in learning it. I'm going to try actually learning Latin from now on! it's my favorite language.

Well, it's not dislike . . . It's a fear. With phobias, there often isn't a known reason and that's my case. I know it's just a color, but I can't help but have a panic attack when I touch it. Weirdest fear ever :/
