I'm the new him,
1. Tell me, Is this emolga male or female?
2.Emolga doesn't evolve, how can babies lay eggs? I know I don't want to be rude but pokemons that don't evolve are called a baby, or the Polite way, Dwarf.

Its female and of course pokemon whitout an evolution can lay eggs. I've breed many Lapras, Absol, pachirisu or Emolgas before. Only mons like riolu, bonsly or mime Junior count as baby pokemon and they all have an evolution and have to evolve through friendship.
