Description

This is just a sketch for my narrative content design class (we have to do illustrations as well. This is the protagonist for my story/story world - Phina. I had a vague idea of what she would be so I sketched out some hairstyles (I had her body type down in my head already). The lower legs are grayed out cause she actually does not have them but for easy pose/referencing I drew them before realizing. The thing on the side of her head is a scar in case it looks weird with flat coloring.
I've already decided that I'm going with the middle design. I made some color alterations here:

(I'm likely going with the left, but lemme know what you guys think!)

This narrative content design assignment is muuuch heavier work than I first thought but oh my god it is so fun. I've written over 20 pages of content already (we gotta have 40+ by the end of the quarter so I'm doing quite well)!
I'd love to rant on about my sourcebook project for paragraphs and paragraphs but I figured a deviation description is probably not the best place.
But just as a really awesome note- I have like 10+ alien species to concept for the story world and I am PUMPED!!
