Description: SCP-XXXX-JP appears to be an ordinary traffic signal found in Japan, resembling those commonly seen at intersections. However, SCP-XXXX-JP exhibits anomalous behavior, displaying signs of sentience and the ability to move autonomously.
SCP-XXXX-JP's primary anomalous ability manifests when it detects the presence of other SCPs within its vicinity. Upon detection, SCP-XXXX-JP will initiate movement towards the target SCP at a speed of approximately █ km/h. Upon physical contact with the target SCP, SCP-XXXX-JP will emit a burst of energy, resulting in the immediate termination of the targeted SCP.
Furthermore, deceased SCPs terminated by SCP-XXXX-JP exhibit further anomalous properties. Their bodies will undergo a transformation, sprouting additional miniature traffic lights throughout their anatomy. These lights emit a faint blue glow and have been observed to spread to nearby objects and individuals. It is hypothesized that these lights may serve as a vector for SCP-XXXX-JP's anomalous influence.
On the back of SCP-XXXX-JP's lights, a message is etched, written in an unidentified language. The translation of the message reads: "The traffic of anomalies shall be regulated."
Given SCP-XXXX-JP's anomalous properties and its potential to neutralize SCP entities, caution must be exercised in its containment to prevent unintended consequences or exploitation by external parties. Further research into SCP-XXXX-JP's origins and capabilities is ongoing.
