Was planning on extracting everything I could get my hands on from BL3 just as soon as I finished the story, now I have absolutely no interest in Borderlands.

Shit story, killed my favourite character and replaced them with a huge shit.

I can totally understand what you mean. The story is very badly written and creates too many plot holes with the other games of the serie. A lot of characters are very mistreated and some important character (one in particular) were killed without a real reason. The game itself doesn't seem to care about it. The player has no relevance in the story, everything revolves around a couple of characters badly written and developed worse. The villains are really devoid of a sensible or interesting story, they are annoying, but there is no tension. Many protagonists of the previous chapters are missing. The relationships between the various characters have been rewritten, others have simply been ignored. I think it's enough to say "Krieg" to summarize Borderlands 3. Such a pity.
