Description
Scouric heavy tank 'KN-1', designed and built by Kesselin to suit the Scouric Armys call for a heavy tank for breaking through enemy lines. The heavily sloped 150mm plate at the front gives an effective thickness of 283mm, which made it nigh impenetrable to most enemy tanks, front on, and could shrug off all but the most powerful of anti-tank shells. The KN-1 features a 90mm 9cm KAT-60 cannon designed by Kesselin, which could penetrate up to 280mm of armor. The heavy tank also boasted a high performance engine produced and created by Dayac industries. The KN-1 suffered from poor quality control, which could be considered the reason for which there was much hesitation for the Scouric army to adopt it completely as their breakthrough tank.

The tank fought all the way in Hieth, and in the scorching deserts in western Ariethia on the fringes of Reverian territory. The Scourics were quick to replace the tank, and so most of the ones that had manufactured had been distributed for virtually free to Scouric satellite states.
