Ghost Type Specialist

A descendant from a long line of accused witches, Morgana studies the paranormal. She was gifted with the ability to communicate with the dead, as well as perfectly understand Ghost type Pokemon. Her theory is that when they die, people become Pokemon, and Pokemon become People; that is why all are meant to be together. Morgana is often followed by will-o-wisps.
