Is there a program where you can make maps, or do you simply make maps on photoshop on your own, and then sell the premade maps that you created?
If there is no program, perhaps you could make one in collaboration with a programmer. You'll provide all the icons etc, and then the programmer will make a map making software so that whoever buys it will be able to make their own maps.

This was created in photoshop with a Wacom Intuous tablet. You can get similar effects using Gimp.

These maps are absolutely gorgeous! I'll definitely be buying, once I figure out if I'm getting the bundle or just the island/ship-related ones.
