At Lv. 24 MAGEENI will evolve into BURGUNIE.
Drawing Description:
I wanted to make a genie Pokemon with 3 stages. I added the smoke-like effect which is what genies usually have after they come out of the magic lamps. I didn't add a magic lamp.... lol
