If I am copying someone else's work on deviantart, please note I am unaware of this, I found the emote on the gumball Wikipedia (it was animated there, when I saved it it gave me 1 frame) so please exuse me if I am copying.just wanted to upload this

You may want to move this to your scraps, since it is not your work (or I gathered from the description).
Someone could report you for art theft for this and there is a chance you could be banned.
To move something to your scraps, click the edit link on the deviation, then change the category to My Scrapbook (just in case you didn't know how).

The category you put the icon in is meant for buddy icons to be used on other sites (or on here for avatars and such), such as IM programs and so on.
