Monument Mythos Vs Stranger Things

Both were people who lives were changed Due to an event (Henry being born with Psychic Powers and George finding an infamous cherry tree)

*Both would end up causing/having flashes (Henry causing people to have flashbacks and George having flashes caused by the trees in the wonderlands) they would come face to face with a struggle in their lives (The Tree/The Wonderlands and Eleven) this would cause their bodies to be deformed and become monsters (Henry being sent to the Upside Down by Eleven and be transformed into a Monster known as Vecna and George having a flash which stretched and deformed his body into the Horned Serpent)

*And both would survive these transformations and be trapped for a while in a parallel earth (George being trapped in the Statue of Liberty and Vecna being trapped in the Upside Down)
