the designs on the cloak are all painted with fabric painted except for the white trim on the hood and bordering the sleeves XD that's just bias tape O_o *cheapo-fast* and if I had any cash...I'd give you MILLIONS!! XD hahhaa

Next time when you're adding the body paint, throw a swimsuit on and poor a bucket of blue paint over your head. Easy done, easy do. Solutions for everything.
