Well...Festival Rikku is festive and kinda works for the winter Holidays, right? XD ......yeah yeah a poor excuse just work with me here!!I made this back in January 2011 for Ohayocon but ended up being too sick to go! Since then, I haven't been able to wear the costume. Now I can stop feeling bad for it! lol
Costume, props, and wig made/worn by me.
