Now I'll say first that I utterly love Rory/Amy.
BUT it took right up to the last 2 episodes for me to love them... I loved Eleven/Amy from right off the bat

Inspired by the fantastic song 'Heavy in your arms' by Florence and the Machine:

I am not the only one who constantly links Florence songs to Doctor Who! Love her and the series. This is beautifully done, the colouring is magnificent. And I totally agree, Amy/Rory is great, but it takes a while to like them, while Amy/Eleven is amazing right from the start.

I completely agree with the Rory.Amy stuff. Until Rory got the Roman treatment and showed us what a complete sweetheart he is while still being brave, it was hard for their relationship to click completely (even after the dreamlord story) - and amy and the doctor had such an intimate and unique relationship right off the bat.
But once amy and rory do click they click compeletly and are perfect together.
funny that. lol

anyway beautiful picture. the doctor's face especially is just gorgeous.

I think we all loved the Doctor and Amy as a pair... maybe it was her stumbling over his suspenders, or that cheecky grin he always gives her, but yeah.... we can dream

Florence and the Machine are my FAVORITE band right now. You want some good driving music, "Dog Days are Over" & "Kiss with a Fist" are ACE!!!!

I completely agree! Twilight has a pretty darn good soundtrack, but is an awful film. Love the picture, by the way. It looks great--the subtle shading and Amy's hair looks pretty brilliant. I love Eleven's expression. And I love Amy and Rory. They had a bit of a rough start, but they got together, didn't they.

I just didn't think they had much chemistry until about halfway through the season (round about Amy's choice, if I recall correctly) though even then I was still leaning towards Amy/Doctor until right up till the last two episodes :3
