Description Aaaand this is why I'm going to fail two classes.

Hawky delivered this scroll from the fire nation to Toph instead of Sokka... She can't do much with it.

Didn't take as long as I was expecting it two, probably 7 hours on and off, I think. Maybe a bit more? Trying for a watercolour look Referenced a few different pictures for the hands and feet, but thats all.
It's probably set a few years after the end of season 3, I'd say!

And also, holy crap... this is a scene from my fanfic. Minus a few years. Love her outfit and the dynamic pose (and how Hawky's like "so sue me").

From what little I've seen of the series, Toph is certainly my favorite female character. Great work on the water color look, I'd say it turned out very good and suits the picture well.

Avatar is very good show for a Western-style anime-ish show.

Y'know I keep having this dream where a female pilot from Earth makes planetfall in her starship onto the world of Avatar and accidently convinces some people she is the Avatar because of the impressive tech she uses. This of course causes problems between her and the main characters.

haha thats an awesome dream It'd make for an interesting story, that's for sure. I've had a few dreams where I'm a fire bender, but have lots of trouble actually creating the fire it's frustrating, even in my dream! lol

No reason to think that both ideas couldn't be part of the same overall story. Afterall a visitor from Earth would not have any bending skills and would either have to learn how to harness this new talent or find other ways to combat it.
