Bella Ryans leaned low in her saddle, patting her tawny dire tokota’s neck. “All right, Little Fang,” the white-haired handler murmured, “Remember you have to share the hunt, mmkay?” Little Fang flicked her ears at the sound of her handler’s voice, and whuffed happily. Delavan, the van gogh piebald male trotting next to Little Fang, glanced up at her and wagged his tail. He knew they were out here near the coast to do a little hunting, and he was excited to find what his own handler had in store.
