A revamp of a reaaaaalllly old character but he's a favourite of mine The old pictures of him made me want to destroy rare plants because HUGE HEAD IS HUGE and all his units are UGLYYYYY.

FFF and this is how he looks like in the comics, I hate drawing his hat. He buttons up his uniform and only puts his hat on during formal occasions. [link]

Mendelssohn is from Chaos Phase 6 (CPS VI) and he appears in chapter 5: Songs Without Words. He’s the resident nutcase of Chaos who likes using rusty hatchets, hoarding muffins and wearing petticoats. Unlike his fellow countrymen, Eugen and Alacrity [link] he was one of the unlucky few who did not prosper in Zentrum and Census, his family was wiped out from the Voncaxian slaughter and he got brain damage from being trapped in smoke when the city burned down. Also, angst moments (MY GRANDMOTHER DIEEEDDD, SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO TREATED ME HUMANELY BAWWWW ETC. ETC.). He also forgot his name so he used his surname in his Census passport. The Mendelssohn family was well-known for their medical expertise, 60% of the household were surgeons, the rest were dentists and doctors. Queen Voncaxia often requested the Mendelssohn family to enlist in wars and campaigns along with the Scathermeyer family. The Scathermeyers did research for the good of mankind, the Mendelssohns carried out research for the destruction of Voncaxia’s enemies.

He supervises the underground pathways of Census Island (the Strata Catacombia), his units repair and heal all damages taken by the other CPS divisions. Mendelssohn was employed by Epicurus. An oath was made, should he betray Chaos, Epicurus will personally hunt him down. At that time, Mendelssohn was detained in an asylum for his war crimes against the Archus officers, working in Chaos was the only way to achieve the freedom that he craved. Epicurus, being a proficient smart ass, found a loophole in the court case that forced the bail. 70% of Mendelssohn’s units are made from enemy units, he just hacks off their heads and claim them as his own. He has a pet millipede named Felix, it followed him home when he was returning from the town one day and he was like 8DDDD OMG KAWAIIIIIIIIIII I SHALL NAME YOU AFTER MY DEAD CAT WHO DIED IN THE FIRE.

Felix is a Censian Bathory millipede, the Census Isle is famous for it’s ugly large millipedes.
