Description
"You have to sing for the angels, and I have to tell them stories. We share the same fate, it seems."Isao is the older brother of Iseii, he was condemned of crimes he did not commit and was hanged on behalf of his father's wrongdoings. The archangels had to imprison Isao when they knew he was related to Iseii. He refused to let them heal his wounds and lost his hands when he killed a heaven hound. Evictus gave him a new pair of hands but they manifest into bloody claws when he removes his gloves. The angels do not hate him, they're just worried that he might be Iseii's accomplice.
Accused of so many things he didn't do. Sucks to be him. 8DD

Strangely enough, Isao comes out as the vaguley more sane one of the two Eikizasen-brothers (if I remember the surname correctly. Bash me if I'm wrong here).

Haha, Isao is a busy man, he and Iseii are as different as apples and oranges.

I've been wondering since I first found out about Isao, those times Iseii broke into hell, did he ever see his brother, does he even know he's there?

No, Iseii never makes it into the archangel stronghold. Usually Iseii will send a message to Delilah so she will wait for him at the gates. She herself is quite rebellious but not a threat. Isao hardly knows what's going on, he still thinks that they kept him there because of his crimes.
