Personality:
On the outside, Noriko seems to be very kind and caring, not to mention the perfect role model; smart, athletic and a "good" child.
However, only those who are her unfortunate victims or members of the sudent council will actually know that she is really a sadistic, laid-back, lazy kind of person who loves to use others for her own purposes (if she does not like you) and meddling in other people’s affairs, escpecially concerning love affairs. This being said, she has an odd weakness for animals and the likes. However, blackmailing her back will not work as effectively... (because she has CONNECTIONS...)

Biography:
Born to a poor family and an only child, Noriko is not used to being spoiled or having too little attention. In the past, she was the dumbest in her class and also quite fat and so was bullied because of this. After years of built up depression, Noriko finally blows and reveals the secrets that she uncovers about them (years of listening and spying). Silent, they eventually stop bullying her. However, this was not enough, and that summer she started excercising everyday and holing up herself in her room, studying, reading, researching about many,many, things... Such sudden change caused her to become in a near-death state, however with her devilous powers she survived by only going into a two month coma...

By the time she woke up, the family had already moved her and their life to a new town, Kanagawa (not wishing for this to happen again). By this time, a complete transformation had happened to her. She was then accepted to Tachikawa Academy due to her high grades on the entrance examination. Somehow this worked best for her in two ways... One, she became suddenly liked by her teachers and peers, and second, no more bullies came out to get her. At first, it was a shocking new feeling, however, she started to get into the habit of using this new-found power, manipulating and scheming against all the foul people in the school...
