The memorial service for all the men lost in our battalion. I admit, I had to fight back some tears, especially when they did the part where they rang the bell and called out their names on roll call. It felt so hollow and empty, hearing their names and no response from anyone at all. Just thought I would post this, I was thinking about it on this past memorial day. I took this off of Npr.org. Yesterday,today and tomorrow will never say enough for what our fallen have done or given to protect us all with their lives each one in a different way but God has them now and has rewarded them with the intimate Metal of Honor at his throne of Gold of Honor beside him! Showing what they would do to protect all their people in his name!! I'm honored to have all of them as my brother and sisters! God bless them Amen!
