I met that guy in the kitchen. He was asking for water, i gave him the holly water of Lourdes. He made some tea and we drank it. What a holly tea he said, let's clean that mess. I declined, pretending i had to plug back Mr lampadaire.

strong contrast man, of the good condition of some things ver the bad condition of those surrounding it. then you did something normal like having tea in such a surreally unrealistic environment. cool~the whimsical comment just added to the mystery of teh mysterious photo details...like, how does tea made with holly water taste like?!!!?

ahah ... well there is a funny story about the holly water of Lourdes. It used to come from surrounding sources, but it was spoiled by wasted waters from the villages around. So around two or three decades ago, they changed that and the water pipes comes now from the city of Lourdes and it is therefore recycled

This is yet another marvelous photo (the lighting is subdued excellence and I love the guy's robotic pose), but the notes are especially cute. You could write a whole story about your encounters with these odd people and surreal locations -- I'd certainly read it.
