This reminds me very much of some of Mucha's mural work. I adore the classic look of this, excellent job with your execution.

This is wonderful, I love your illustration. I don't know why, but that is touching me, somehow. I feel calm and relaxed when I look at it.
The composition makes every character so vivid ! The crowd seems to show a lot of hope for the woman of the center, like if she is a madonne coming for them, bringing some kind of miracle. The movement of her drapes makes the scene look just magical !Β The etheral white woman makes me think about a kind of guide spirit (or angel?). She looks kind and peaceful, but also active (how she put her hands to the woman in black. It is like if there are invisible strings which are connecting them).

Hm when I first saw this picture, I was immediately reminded of these two works from a painting book I own: Apotheosis... and Ahesuerus... (see "Color and light" by Gurney, page 22 if you happen to own it). I feel like you really (unknowingly?) captured the essence of those two old master's paintings and brilliantly adapted them to your own setting and digital artwork.
