Brief Bio: Rufus and Regina have always had a good sibling relationship, looking out for each other no matter what. After finding out about her brother Rufus becoming close with another being, Regina began curious about more of the outside world and wanting to explore more like he did. After a while of going out and searching for her brother, she finally manages to find Rufus but sees he now has a human form. Rufus informs her that his human form was gifted to him by Tiru's amulet. Curious, Regina asks Rufus if he could give her a human form too, wanting to try a different feeling for once and wanting to explore the world more without being attacked by her ferocious looks. Rufus ends up asking Tiru to grant his sister a form to let her have a chance to be able to move more about in the world. Regina was then granted a human form with the help of Tiru's amulet.

After a while of learning how to get used to her new human form, Regina ends up crossing paths with Tiru's clone Rue throughout learning. The two sharing both playful and teasing personalities begin to become close after a while and become very close friends. Regina grows a slight attraction and feelings for Rue making her remain close to her and protective at times. Though Regina is aware of Rue's feeling for Dimitry Valentine, a ice vampire who Rue had met way before she did but the relation was not serious, Regina does not reveal her small developing feelings for her and keeps them only to herself when Dimitry returns again to Rue.
