I'd say the coloring and shading was pretty good and the lines were flawless. I think the only problems were how you drew her hand and her eyes.

Try to make the eyes clearer and have a defined shape at least. I think you should put more solid details on it to make it better.

For the hand, I suggest you practice more on how the hand will look on that perspective. Also, consider that the character is feminine so the fingers would generally be slimmer and curvy.

So yea, just practice on the eyes and hand.
