When you rub a genie's lamp, you always got to be prepared for the possibility it's an EMPTY genie's lamp, its former occupant having been wished free, and the lamp is now looking for new tenants. On the plus side though, no pesky security deposit to worry about, and it's rent-controlled to boot. :3
