Haha Wow! No that actually looks like it took a while. Really good job! XD though I didn't mean to make you feel pressured into coloring it, and apologize if I did. I just thought it'd be interesting.
That monocle is cool and I still love his uniform design. :3 I'm sure you'll figure out the backstory. Try standing him next to another character who's personality you know and see how they get along. That's usually what I do.
