Okay, so I believe that chronologically Dr. Fetus is an adult. For whatever reason, he just happens to physically look like a fetus, but yeah, this is mainly because I don't really see him being a child, like at all. There's also a comic that refers to him as a "man", which may support my theory: art.ngfiles.com/images/48000/4…Update: Someone on the Team Meat server told me that it's been confirmed in a game manual that Dr. Fetus has been alive before 1993, which technically would make him over 26 years old. So, my headcanon is indeed correct.
