Try ebay, there are literally thousands. If you are after this kind in particular, it's a Soviet GP-5 mask. Just to warn you though, if you do get one, don't wear it with the filter!

The filters can contain nasty stuff like asbestos, which you really don't want to breathe in. They degrade with age, and you never know what's inside them. I display mine with filters, but I never wear them. If you wanted one for costume, wearing it like you see in the picture would be ok, on it's own or with the hose. If you were bothered with accuracy, you can place the loose end of the hose into the gas mask bag, giving the impression there's a filter on the end.

Well... I guess it might because I have not been in any war. So a gas mask doesn't means anything frighting to me.

You don't have to have been in a war, many have an actual phobia of gas masks. It's great for scaring the crap out of friends, but can cause serious problems for soldiers and civillians who find themselves in the position where wearing one is necessary for survival.
