Nice! His face and expression, and the boots all look really cool. His white gloves are a bit startling, just because all the other colors in the picture are earthy and coffee-ish. If you were planning to keep working on it, I would say that a little more texture/detail on the torso part of his clothes would look good, and the stripe of highlight on his hair would look better if it curved around his head and followed the contours of the hair beneath it. But that's just being picky; this is really good.
