Description Hey, I've just realised... I'm now Halfway through the Throne Effect series! Yay!

Okay, time to talk a little bit about this Artwork. Funnily enough, I think I can just sum it all up just by talking about the War Banner. The Sigil was yet another case where some improvisation was required; the little figure in there is obviously a representation of Miranda herself, encircled by a Cerberus Symbol which is cracking and breaking, almost as if she's 'Breaking Free' of it. The ideaΒ  that she's destroying the symbol is a representation of the fact that she was once an important part of Cerberus but rebelled against them. Oh Trust Me, that's going to come back when it's time to do 'Jacob of House Taylor'. Even her Pose has small hints to her former ties to Cerberus; the knees crossed over is reminiscent of the Illusive Man but to keep it unique to her Character I thought having her hand on her hip was very... "Miranda-esqe".

As for the Motto, she was designed to be perfect and it's one of her quotes (something I always take into consideration when I assign House Mottos). And going back to the 'Breaking Free' theme of the Sigil by ME3 she has not only completely rebeled against Cerberus, but her father too; who saw Miranda - and Oriana for that matter - more as a Trophy and Project rather than a daughter. And I can guess he always strived for perfection in any of his own projects. So what I imagine is that Miranda overthrew her father as the head of House Lawson, kept the Motto, but changed the Sigil. Oh Man, I just love brainstorming mythologies behind my art so much, it's just so fun.

As for the Planet... I must confess I have no real reason for going with the Cherry Blossom colour other than at this point I have a limited choice of colour changes I can make to the Planet and some are just easier to match to certain Characters than others.

Nice! Love the methodology of your train of thought as regards the Sigil on the Banner, and the little start-of-a-smirk you gave her, it fits her personality.

Thankyou quwykxz

Truth be told, I didn't actually realise I was giving her start-of-smirk. Just one of those wonderful accidents I suppose. It reminds me of your analysis on "Illusive Man of House Cerberus". You have a real gift for finding significant symbolisms behind these Arts that I never knew were there. Bravo to you sir, Bravo Β

Lol, thanks for the compliment, but I don't really go looking for deeper meanings, or search for hidden clues or anything like that; I just notice certain details sometimes when I look at artwork, and my mind just runs with it, I guess.
Your work just seems to have more of these cool little details than some other artists', whether you intentionally put them in there or they just naturally flow into your artwork. But regardless of how they get there, I think it's really cool that they ARE in there, and I'm just glad to be able to notice them every now and then.
