Description
This is my idea for a Mega Dewgong. I incorporated auroras into its design to give it more of a mermaid look.It is a Water/ Ice type.
Its ability is Refrigerate. which in powers up normal type moves and makes them ice type.
HP 90--> 90
Attack 70 --> 110 (+40)
Defense 80 --> 90 (+10)
Sp. Atk 70 --> 110 (+40)
Sp. Def 95 -->105 (+10)
Speed 70 --> 70 (+0)
Total: 475--> 575
