"Hmm.. perhaps you're right... it is pretty good" He smirked, climbing up the ramps and pulling himself up onto the rooftop, offering his tire in case she needed help, though assumed she didn't. From their position, they could see nearly the entirety of London, the lights sparkling from within the thousands of buildings, cars driving to and fro on the roads surrounding them.

Just as predicted, the Volvo pointedly refused Jackdaw’s help, too stubborn to accept help from nearly anyone, even if she did need it. The climb wasn’t leisurely, but it wasn’t difficult, and the view… It was worth it. She watched silently for a moment, feeling the same familiar sadness that she was denied so much of the world, though tried to shake it off, glancing over to the other after a few moments. “Who is it… that you’re looking for?”

He watched the view for a while, before glancing over. "She was a dove" He mused quietly, gazing off. "I don't like saying it outloud, cause who knows who's listening" He added, sighing. "Dangerous world"

Evonara paused, her mind jumping to different possibilities of what he could mean… She flicked her mirrors slightly. “A dove? You have a mate?” She asked, but felt skeptical at the idea, knowing him. The Corvette was right, in some ways - there were eyes and listening ears nearby, though they could not hear or see the Cardinal pair in the moment.

Jackdaw snorted at her suggestion, smirking. "A mate?? You're kidding me right? That's not it" he snickered. "Plus it'd be kinda gross... though I'm not really a... mate guy I don't think" he mused, pursing his lips. "Though I kinda hope that changes one day"

Jackdaw in his Cardinal days is as close to his 'prime' as he gets, even if it's doing illegal activities every second of his life XD Evonara is a 'dove' that belongs to the Cardinal gang, owned and run by Corvus, though she hangs around Jackdaw a lot as he's the only guy that doesn't treat her like shit. Even if he's cocky and has the ego the size of the moon.
And maybe she's kinda in love with him but it's a love that's sorta doomed so it's tragic XD

Jackdaw is trying to hunt down his sister when Evonara happens upon him, and he leads her up to the rooftops for a quiet chat, it's probably the only place they can get some peace without Corvus breathing down their hoods XD
