I agree that this is Holger Schoemanns mesh. I have worked with the very mesh, and it's identical. Not that the Melina model can't be made twice, it's just that I think i'd notice something modeled differently. It's the same model.
Even though you didn't give credit on the original mesh, your texture job and render came out pretty good.

First I wanted to congratulate on the good model, but after I followed ~sadbatu 's link I changed my opinion.
I think it doesn't matter that you re-textured it, the descriptions says YOU did this bot ("my first bot"). But you didn't. You should always use the Permission fields of the submission page, otherwise it is just lame to STEAL someones work and then state it is yours.

he gave it away for free on his website. he has also written a big tutorial in the well known german magazine 'digital production'.
don't tell me, you created it from scratch while you viewed the renderings of holger... everybody who takes a closer look will easily understand that you made a fake.
the only thing you have made is the lighting, camera and new textures.
givin 3d objects away for free doesn't automatically contain the copyright and noone is alowed to state it is his very own if it ain't.
