Description

This is the Official Jōnin Commander (High Ninja) Uniform of Tōrōgakure, it was designed by the previous Jōnin Commander, Satoru Saitō.

The shoulders and collar are made of thin Steel plates to protect one's neck and vital arteries, while the rest of the outfit is hard leather padding.

All of this is cloaked in a fine black cloth, which is then dyed. 3 clips down the front, and one clip on the collar keep it bound shut.

Then addition clips at the side lock the garb in place, ensuring it won't come undone in the middle of battle, exposing one's vital organs.

The cloth used in the shirt and pants worn underneath is incredibly durable and labeled as 'tear-proof' Cloth.

While the shin and wrist guards are simply steel that is wrapped in thin cloth, similar to the vest.

The outfit is incredibly comfortable and insulated - making it wearable in both winter and summer months.

Each vest is custom sized to it's wearer, giving a skin tight, flexible, comfortable, and efficient garb.

The shoulder pads are removable should the wearer desire to wear it under a large coat or robe.

This Uniform is awarded only to the Jōnin Commander, and as such, is considered an item of status, and is highly respected.

Similarly, only those who've achieved the rank are allowed to wear it. However, they are not obligated to (aside from certain situations).

All Jōnin Commanders wear this uniform - But there is only ONE Jōnin Commander at a time - The uniform is respected and admired throughout the village.
