Kamen Rider Blackjack isn't technically a Kamen Rider at all. When Kenta was designing his off-market Gasshatto, his first prototype was the Chance Twentyone game. Once he completed his Shuffle Solitaire game, he retired the older Gasshatto, but his first encounter with the Bugster led to a virus vector inhabiting this prototype game and building a form based on Jakuval. He acquired a Gamer Driver from Genm Corp on the side, in order to manifest his Rider body.

Blackjack has the same skills as Jakuval in his Level 1 form, being nimble with high jumping power. This Gasshatto also summons playing cards when activated, and he can fire these at the card constructs on the field in order to stack them. If he can create a line of cards that equals 21, he can get an item token. If he creates a combo totaling higher than 21, the card cluster "busts," combusting in a burst of black flame.
