Maddo Kagaku worked with Katsuragi briefly to help develop the Build System, but due to his eccentric nature, Maddo was ousted and his work stolen to help complete the project. Before he left, Maddo pilfered a prototype Build Driver and repurposed it for himself. Using the two Full Bottles he had purified in secret, he transformed into Kamen Rider Mosaic, and began fighting Smash to increase his arsenal and maybe one day prove that his work is superior to the Build System.

Mosaic uses the Coyote and Specs Full Bottles to achieve his primary orange and cyan Best Match Form. This form is known as the Savage's Wisdom, and balances brains and brawn, Jekyll and Hyde, the mad and the scientist. The Coyote Full Bottle grants Mosaic increased strength, speed and endurance, and arms him with claws on his left hand and right foot, adding slashing damage to his unarmed attacks. The Specs Full Bottle allows him to triangulate his foes location to increase his accuracy, and better analyze dangerous situations. As a Best Match, this form increases the power of the Full Bottles, letting Mosaic create crescent moon shaped energy blades with a swipe of his claws, and increase his peripheral awareness to near precognitive levels.

By turning the crank on his Driver, Mosaic can concentrate energy into his clawed foot, while projecting geometric angles which zone in on the enemy. He leaps into the air, following the trajectory of his chart and striking with a blazing clawed kick.
