Description
The final three contestants are faced with a conundrum. The Jyamato are rampaging throughout the city, leaving devastation in their wake, and a giant Fortress Jyamato looms overhead. The game is a race, through specific checkpoints across the city. The first player to cross the finish line will be declared the Deseity, and have their wish granted. The players must fight their way across the battlefield to achieve their hearts desire. If they fail, the Jyamato will overtake the city, and soon, the world.

Swerve is the first to arrive at the checkpoint, and finds the Feral Raise Buckle in a Mission Box there. While using the form to fight away the Jyamato, Swerve becomes aware of the civilians in danger, and realizes he has been focused on winning and not seeing the real stakes, a mistake that got Camus killed. He uses his powers to defend the people from the monsters, and is rewarded the Dynamo Buckle.

Swerve realizes that Prima and Daze have overtaken him, with Daze using his magic to protect people without slowing down, and Prima using her forcefields to stay above the fray and run unimpeded. Swerve looks down at the Dynamo Buckle, and decides that as the person with the most power, he was obligated to do the most good for the most people, as the spirit of his wish was for everyone to feel supported. He uses the rare Buckle to destroy as many Jyamato as he can, finally taking down the Fortress as the game ends.

Swerve is surprised to find that Daze crossed the finish line first, winning out against Prima by using his magic trickery. The Game Master appears and declares Daze the winner, as the city is restored to its former state. Daze returns home, experiencing new renown and respect for his family and their temple. The Game Master offers Swerve and Prima an advance invitation to the next game, since they made it to the end, and suggests they have become very popular. He also implies they may see other familiar faces in the games to come...

The winner of the Desire Grand Prix International has been decided! The next game will begin soon! Old rivalries will resurface, new challenges will be faced, and new powers revealed!
